I don’t think it’s too dramatic to say that Invisalign changes lives. In my case, Dr. Richter and her team helped me make the decision to do it (in my own time without any pressure) then supported me from start to finish. It’s not just about teeth and trays…there’s an emotional component to following such a strict regimen for an extended time. Dr. Richter was my cheerleader and really got me through. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, and I’m so glad I did it!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mother has been a patient here for years. She insisted on driving down an hour and a half to go back here. We arrived Friday afternoon at 1:00 to find out I was supposed to have her there on Wednesday, two days late. I was so upset with myself. I hate getting things wrong. Mom is in a wheelchair and put her inside to get warm while I rescheduled the appointment. It was at that moment, an angel came out to greet my mother. The angel was Christen Horton, the amazing hygienist. She knew my mother well and after hugging her, she said I will do her cleaning. Wow, they have a half day on Friday and she was giving up her early departure for us. She is the most thourough and thoughtful hygienist that I have have seen. Angel number two was Dr. O'Brien that checked her out and ground down one of her sharp tooth. The secretary stayed and got all the paperwork taken care of. I know I will never ever get that lucky again. A++++ for this group. I am totally touched for all the accomodations they made for us.

I have been treated by Wayne Family dentistry for 35 years. They are very good at all aspects of dental care from cleaning to crowns. The entire staff are very friendly. I can highly recommend.

Been going to this practice for 40 plus years. Was apprehensive about seeing new Dentist, Dr. Osborn. But he was terrific. Very thorough and not one twinge of pain! Claire (technician) is wonderful! 3 and a half hours in the chair after letting quarantine and other health issues push dentistry to back of the line. I left with a smile!

I had a dental procedure performed by Dr. Richter last week. I must say I am totally satisfied. Dr. Richter was great and I can tell she really cares about her patients. Wayne Family Dentistry has a great office staff and great doctors. Go there and you will satisfied also.
