Meet Wayne PA Dentist Kenneth Fetter DMD

A Long History of Dental Excellence

Dr. Kenneth Fetter has been helping patients improve their smiles and lead healthier lives since 1976. After completing his Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1972, Dr. Fetter chose to pursue his doctorate at the University of the Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

While getting his doctorate, he married his wife. His father-in-law turned out to be a dentist as well, and the man was a significant influence in Dr. Fetter’s life and career.

He started his professional dental career as a Junior Dental Officer at Parris Island, South Carolina in the Marine Corps Training Depot. He treasures his military experience, which came with so many wonderful travel opportunities.

Later, he returned to Philadelphia and taught at a dental clinic at the University of Pennsylvania for four years. During this time, he received the Thomas Appleton Award for Teaching and was active in leadership positions.

Dr. Fetter enjoys interacting directly with his patients and amazing team members that assist him every day. In particular, his favorite services to perform include general care, dental crowns, dental bridges, and implants. He also regularly performs oral surgeries at his free dental clinic in Chester, PA.

To this day, Dr. Fetter has maintained an active presence in various continuing education programs in order to keep his skills as sharp as possible. He is also a proud member of the Pennsylvania Dental Association.

Dr. Fetter and his wife Carol (a dental hygienist) have been married for 42 years and counting. In his free time, Dr. Fetter enjoys playing golf, watching Philadelphia sports teams, and spending time on the tennis courts. He and his wife also regularly travel to both domestic locations and abroad with other couples. Recent locations include the Galapagos, Paris, Boudreaux, Burgundy, Italy, and Spain.
