I had a very pleasant experience at the office yesterday, June 28th. The staff, as usual, was very professional, and the service provided by Dr. Richter and assistants was highly commendable. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the proficiency and expertise displayed.

Everyone at this practice is amazing—so warm and genuinely attentive. They remember everything about you, and it truly has that rare “family feel.” CC (Cristen) was my hygienist, and she is incredible. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and has a way of putting you completely at ease. As someone with dental phobia, I can honestly say she makes the chair a surprisingly comfortable place to be. Dr. Richter is also the best—thorough, kind, and reassuring. Exactly the type of dentist you hope to find. And the front desk team deserves a special mention. The women up front are always friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. I couldn’t recommend this practice more.

Simply put, Dr. Greta Richter is the best dentist in the world. I've been a patient going on 10 years (glad she moved closer to Philly), and I just took my anti-dentite son in for a cleaning, and he somehow actually enjoyed/tolerated his time in the chair. It's an adult-oriented practice, but great for children's dentistry.

Been going to this practice for 40 plus years. Was apprehensive about seeing new dentist, Dr. Osborn. But he was terrific. Very thorough and not one twinge of pain! Claire (technician) is wonderful! 3 and a half hours in the chair after letting quarantine and other health issues push dentistry to the back of the line. I left with a smile!

I do not like going to the dentist at all, but Dr. Greta Richter and Dr. Ben Osborne made it so smooth and so easy to go through. There was also support staff, and for the life of me, I can't remember her name, but she helped me get through the procedures I was reluctant to have done. Highly recommend.

I don’t think it’s too dramatic to say that Invisalign changes lives. In my case, Dr. Richter and her team helped me make the decision to do it (in my own time without any pressure) then supported me from start to finish. It’s not just about teeth and trays…there’s an emotional component to following such a strict regimen for an extended time. Dr. Richter was my cheerleader and really got me through. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, and I’m so glad I did it!
