“Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mother has been a patient here for years. She insisted on driving down an hour and a half to go back here. We arrived Friday afternoon at 1:00 to find out I was supposed to have her there on Wednesday, two days late. I was so upset with myself. I hate getting things wrong. Mom is in a wheelchair and put her inside to get warm while I rescheduled the appointment.
It was at that moment, an angel came out to greet my mother. The angel was Christen Horton, the amazing hygienist. She knew my mother well and after hugging her, she said I will do her cleaning. Wow, they have a half day on Friday and she was giving up her early departure for us. She is the most thorough and thoughtful hygienist that I have seen. Angel number two was Dr. O’Brien that checked her out and ground down one of her sharp teeth. The secretary stayed and got all the paperwork taken care of. I know I will never ever get that lucky again. A++++ for this group. I am totally touched by all the accommodations they made for us.”
